This week we had the incredible opportunity to watch a once in a lifetime event- the total solar eclipse!

Carrie had the honor of being on KUTV Fresh Living on Pioneer Day to speak about her cakes as well as give a demonstration on creating the perfect naked cake, just as the Pioneers would have!

It's All About the Details
At first glance, this looks like a beautiful yet simple wedding cake, but when you look closely you see all of the little gorgeous details that make it just so beautiful! It really is all about the small details that come together in a design to make it unforgettable! My favorite elements of this cake include the square AND round tiers (the best of both worlds), as well as the small geode pieces!
